We are committed to providing you the experience that makes you look and feel good. We want you to spend your time with your participants having fun and making memories. Provide us with the players list by groups and leave the work to us.

Our staff is committed to your event being a big success. We want your experience to be fun, fulfilling, exciting, eventful and memorable. Our staff can share their years of experience with you. We do more than just provide a place to play golf. We also can help arrange services including:  hole sponsor signage, and event ideas.

On the day of the event our staff will provide and place Cart Signs, Golf Scorecards with labels, and Welcome letters on each cart. We will provide score sheets and staffing for recording of scores. We will place sponsor signs on the course and pick them up. We provide event markers for golf contests and pick them up at the end of the event. 

Our pricing is competitive and we can customize your event to meet your needs. Group size is not an issue; we have customized events for groups of 80-192. Our golf shop has a large selection of apparel, equipment, accessories and tournament prizes. 

We are just 9.1 miles from downtown Grand Rapids and easily accessible from US-131 exits 91 (West River) or exit 95 (Post Drive) making it easy for your players to get here and to get home.

Designers Bruce Matthews and Jeff Gorney have given players at Scott Lake a fun golf course to play regardless of which nine holes you play. And we can provide a changing variety for years. Each distinct nine has plenty of fun and views.

Our large and beautiful practice and learning center is one of the best in the area and allows plenty of space for groups to hit balls, putt and warm up prior to your event. It is a great place to conduct a clinic or golf demonstration prior to your event.

Food and beverage service can be customized for your group. Beverage tickets, continental breakfast, bag lunches and meals are just some of the things we can do for you. No one has ever gone away hungry! 

Our facilities can accommodate groups of many sizes. We can arrange for everything starting with continental breakfast and ending with a barbecue overlooking the golf course.
