Would you like working with friendly people? We are looking for a few people to work in our Food and Beverage area. Successful applicants will work in our food and beverage department in our golf course bar and golf outing banquet area. Staff will serve beverages, tend bar and serve limited food items. These are a tipped position with a tip pool. The golf course is open 7 days per week so some weekend hours are expected. Afternoon, evening and weekend hours are our busiest so applicants must be able to work those hours. As the golf course is a seasonal business staffing will start in mid-April and run through mid-October.  Shifts are typically 3PM to close and some weekend hours are required. Our vision is to provide our customers with a better golfing experience so if you would like to have meaningful work taking care of customers talk to us.

When players visit Scott Lake Golf and Practice Center they can expect a fun experience. Scott Lake is a 27 hole public facility nestled in the rolling terrain north of GrandRapids in West Michigan. The Kent County golf course is just a short drive from the surrounding areas of Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Rockford, Muskegon, Cedar Springs, Holland, and Comstock Park, making it the perfect location for Grand Rapids golf, Grand Rapids leagues, Grand Rapids golf outings, Friday 2-Person Scrambles and Grand Rapids golf events.

The owners and staff are committed to providing a better golf experience to their golfers. Since 1998, when Scott Lake expanded to 27 holes, they have renovated or added 15 new holes and an excellent driving range and practice center. The "Scott Lake Six", a 6 hole par 3 course is currently under construction. These constant improvements combined with their memberships, other "Play Golf for Less Money" programs, and online and senior specials have provided more fun and enjoyment for their golfers and allowed Scott Lake to better serve the Grand Rapids golfing community.  If you haven't played here in the 21st century, what are you waiting for?

Golfers come to Scott Lake to make some lasting golfing memories and have a lot of fun on each of the three nines. The new practice facility that includes a large putting green, chipping green, bunker, and an acre of real grass hitting area provides the perfect retreat to work on those trouble spots in your game.

Scott Lake is  the home of "Where Golf is Fun" and offers numerous Grand Rapids golf events like the Friday 2-Person ScrambleScott Lake Tour, and  Women's Charity Challenge.  Scott Lake has introduced programs to make your golf more affordable and enjoyable.The fun golf atmosphere continues after your round in the clubhouse. Stop in to the Golf Shop where the staff will assist you with all of the latest in golf merchandise and equipment. Attached to the Golf Shop you will find our lounge where they offer a full selection of cold beers, cocktails, sandwiches and a chance to replay each fun shot with your friends.
